iSoftStone Holdings Limited (iSoftStone), a global provider of consulting, IT outsourcing, and business process outsourcing services, announced the establishment of a Center of Excellence (COE) in China for Jaspersoft, in partnership with AsiaSoft, a distributor of software in Greater China. This COE will be established to provide existing and potential customers as well as partners with technical assistance and related knowledge of Jaspersoft products.
Jaspersoft is the global market leader in Open Source Business Intelligence software. Its Professional Version is used by over 89,000 registered developers in the community and more than 9000 commercial customers in 96 countries. Jaspersoft has localized its Professional Version in Chinese and targets customers and partners in China through its partnership with AsiaSoft. To better attend to the technical needs of existing Jaspersoft customers and partners as well as develop potential market in Greater China area, Jaspersoft has supported the establishment of the COE by iSoftStone and AsiaSoft.
This COE will serve as a platform for both existing and potential customers, and partners, to drive increased acceptance of Jaspersoft products. Important functions will include:
* Introduction to the vast benefits offered by the Professional Version of Jaspersoft solutions, especially for parties that have enjoyed the Community Version.
* Knowledge of the advanced functionality of the Professional Version that would reduce cost and improve efficiency for the Business Intelligence projects and applications that are planned or currently underway.
* Regular workshops for customers and partners to allow them to sample the Professional Version.
* Assistance in downloading the Professional Version for evaluation and demonstration on how to implement the Professional Version effectively and efficiently.
* Provision of professional services to implement the Professional Version of Jaspersoft to various applications and projects.
Through the establishment of COE in Partnership with AsiaSoft for Jaspersoft, iSoftStone will further widen its technical expertise and solutions within Business Intelligence area, and better serve its global clients, especially the existing and potential customers in Greater China.
