MCLEAN, Va., (April 18, 2007) –

MicroStrategy(R) Incorporated (Nasdaq: MSTR), a leading worldwide provider of business intelligence software, today announced that the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) has selected MicroStrategy software for the development of an improved public information service, QuickStats. CIHI is an independent, not-for-profit organization that collects and analyzes health data in Canada, and is considered a world leader in its field.

QuickStats will enable the public, government officials, and health care providers to run reports and access timely, accurate, and comparable information on health and health care in Canada. Users will be able to access information in an easy-to-use, Web-based environment to explore and answer health care questions.
